Jody Christopherson, (Owner PFA Photo) is a photographer and performer (actor/writer/musician) based in New York. Her work has been on display at the 23rd Street Gallery, Dixon Place, featured by ArtSlant and widely published on iTunes as part of her sound/photography installation Necessary Exposure: The Female Playwright Project. Additional publications include Yale Press, The New York Times, American Theater Magazine, UMBC Magazine, Huffington Post and Bored Panda.
Jody came to photography by adjudicating classes at a famous art school where she had a day job in 2011. Since 2013 she has been working professionally as a photographer. She has captured over 100 actors, directors and writers headshots, 30 theater productions Off-Broadway, a soon to be published cookbook for Dr. Spencer Nadolsky, Leaner Living (for which she was also the food stylist and chef), the opening of The Freedom Tower for its creators (Hettema Group), a series of abandoned asylums along the East Coast and many events including weddings, parties (Sleep No More's Halloween Party) and galas.
